You can study the following languages at LingQ:

Core Languages  Beta Languages

  • Russian
  • Italian
  • Swedish (material)
  • Japanese
  • Portuguese
  • French
  • German
  • English
  • Chinese
  • Spanish

  • Esperanto (material)
  • Finnish (material)
  • Czech
  • Polish
  • Dutch
  • Latin
  • Norwegian
  • Turkish
  • Hebrew
  • Arabic

You can change from one target language to another at any time, and from any page at LingQ. Your learning learning profile for each language is maintained independently.

Beta languages are more recently added and have a less diverse collection of lesson material. It is possible however to add your own material to any of the languages. The libraries are growing continuously, new material is added and shared by members and other lesson providers.

If you wish to change your "native language", or interface language, you need to go to Settings, where you can also change your dictionary language, i.e.  the language of translation for your dictionary. Some advanced learners use their target language as the interface and/or dictionary language. The choice is up to you.

There are forums in each language, where you can ask questions or participate in discussions in those languages. That is a good way to practice writing.
